The Heart Center of the Rockies- Steamboat is a tenant finish project. It is located in the Medical Office Building (connected to the Yampa Valley Medical Center). The office space was previously a blood-infusion center. The reception area was reoriented to the main door and the break room was relocated to a more private area. The exam rooms were resized and the space was customized for a cardiology center. The space reused and re-laminated some of the existing walls, cabinets, and work stations. The reception counter was designed in conjunction with the interior designer for the project.
