Walton Pond Townhomes is a multi-family project. The project will have four buildings with three to four units in each building. The projects goal is to provide affordable units for sale and rent, while not sacrificing design. Form follows function in all of the units where each architectural move and bump out is used to maximize the use of the interior space and create a visually interesting exterior.
