We are proud to have partnered with the Yampa Valley Community Foundation to design their new home at 4th and Oak Street in Steamboat Springs. The completed two-story office building with a full basement provides a warm and welcoming environment that reflects the Foundation’s mission of connection and community impact. Inside, the design brings together flexible offices and meeting rooms, a generous conference and gathering space, a welcoming reception area, and thoughtfully integrated support spaces. The building balances efficiency and comfort while fostering collaboration and engagement. From the earliest vision through construction, our team worked closely with the Foundation, alongside a talented group of engineers and builders, to bring the project to life. This spirit of collaboration ensured a design that is not only functional and efficient but also enduring — a professional yet approachable setting that will support the Foundation’s work for years to come.
